Our brown kraft paper prdouction machinery use OCC as raw material to produce high quality brown kraft paper rolls. The pulp approaching consistency is 0.45-0.95%. The transverse shrinkage (cross shrinkage) is equal to or less than 3.4-4.5% averagly. Transverse moister difference is less than 1.0%. Transverse grammage difference is equal to or less than 1.5%. And required compressed air pressure is equial to or less than 0.6MPa. All above mentioned are general production technical conditon of this brown kraft paper produciton machinery.

Press section line pressure

Press section is composed of one K press and one big jumbo roll press. Totally there are three press nips.
