Description

The natural granite press roll is one type of the paper machine rolls. It is also an important part of paper machine for press dehydration. It has the characteristics of smooth surface, high hardness, high strength, acid and alkali resistance. The surface of granite roll is smooth, but there are many small pores, so the air permeability is good. Therefore, the wet paper is easy to fall off, especially conducive to the paper picking operation, which is widely used in various paper machines.

Attentions

1. It is better to store it indoors, so as to avoid the roller surface crack caused by temperature change in the open air, especially in the cold zone.

2. Pay attention to protect the roll surface when loading the vehicle to prevent collision and scratch.

3. Granite is a kind of heterogeneous material. When it is used, the stress should be balanced to avoid vibration and tension.

4. When using, the temperature rise of bearings at both ends shall not exceed 40 degrees, so as to avoid large temperature difference between inside and outside of the roller due to too high temperature, which may cause roller surface crack or cause looseness between mandrel and roller and affect the use, especially copper shaft or Babbitt alloy shaft.

5. The linear pressure should not exceed 60kn / M (60kgf / cm).
